PROJECTS

For nearly a decade, we’ve provided reliable, on-call hauling services for the cities of Newport News and Hampton, supporting critical infrastructure through comprehensive silt and debris removal. We’re also currently a key subcontractor on a $207.8 million NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic project at NAS Oceana, performing full-depth pavement repairs to support the base’s F/A-18E/F Super Hornet fleet. These projects highlight our proven ability to deliver high-quality results on complex, large-scale government contracts with precision and professionalism.

For the past nine years, we’ve held the City of Newport News’ outside hauling contract, providing all required labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals to perform on-call hauling of silt and various types of debris as needed.

For nearly nine years, we’ve held the City of Hampton’s on-call hauling contract, which outlines the provision of as-needed hauling services. Under this agreement, we supply all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals to fulfill the City’s hauling requests efficiently and reliably.

In 2024, NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic awarded a $207.8 million contract to The Lane Construction Corporation for major taxiway pavement repairs at NAS Oceana. The project includes full-depth replacement of asphalt and concrete surfaces on Taxiways Alpha, Bravo, Papa, and the surrounding areas. These critical upgrades are designed to enhance operational support for the base’s fleet of F/A-18E/F /F Super Hornets. We are actively contributing to this multi-year project, which is scheduled for completion by early 2028.
